Scooter.Repair is a Los Angeles repair workshop for premium electric scooters. We pick scooters up across Southern California, fix them on our own bench — batteries are our specialty — and bring them back.
One workshop in Los Angeles
Every scooter is diagnosed and repaired in our own workshop in Los Angeles — not sent on to a third party. The street address is not published because we take no walk-ins.
Pickup and return, nothing else
A 60–100 pound scooter does not fit in most cars, and lithium packs over 100 Wh cannot be mailed. So we drive: $145 covers the pickup, the diagnostic and the return, and it is credited toward the repair.
Courier runs we already drive
The same weekly runs carry espresso machines for SoCal Coffee Repair, our sister service. That is why a pickup in San Diego or Santa Barbara costs the same as one in Los Angeles.
Batteries done the right way
Packs are tested cell group by cell group under load. Rebuilds use new matched cells and spot-welded nickel strips — never solder on the cells — with a BMS rated for the pack and a capacity test before it goes back.
A price before any work
You get the quote by text after the diagnostic, and nothing is done until you approve it. 90-day warranty on the repair.
What we take
Premium scooters roughly $1,000 and up new, plus the Segway Ninebot Max series. We don't take entry-level models: the pickup alone would cost more than the repair is worth.
