Our courier runs cover six areas of Southern California every week. The pickup price is the same everywhere in them: $145 with the diagnostic and the return, credited toward the repair.
We work by pickup only — there is no shop to drop a scooter at. Outside these areas? Send the form anyway: we tell you honestly whether a pickup is possible before anything is booked.

How a pickup works
- You send the model and the fault. A technician texts back a price range and the next pickup day for your area.
- The evening before, you get a pickup window by text. The courier loads the scooter and the charger.
- The scooter goes to our Los Angeles workshop for the diagnostic. You get the quote by text, and nothing is done until you approve it.
- After the repair and a test ride, the scooter comes back on the next run to your area.
What we pick up
