A flat on a 60-pound scooter means you are not taking it anywhere. We pick it up, change the tube or the tire — including heavy hub-motor wheels on Dualtron and Kaabo — check the brake and bring it back.

What the price includes
- Pickup and return in Southern California, so you do not carry a heavy scooter with a flat to a shop.
- The tire or tube, fitting, the pressure set for your model, and a check of the brake and the wheel bearings.
- On hub-motor wheels: the motor cable routed and secured, and the motor tested before the scooter goes back.
- Ordinary tubes and tires are included in the price; special off-road or solid tires are quoted first.
- 90-day warranty on the repair on our work; tires and tubes themselves are wear items.
Before we pick it up
- Do not ride on a flat — it ruins the tire and can damage the rim and the motor cable.
- Tell us the model and the tire size from the sidewall (for example 10 x 2.5 or 11 x 3.0) if you can read it.
- Ride it down to about half charge if it still rolls, and send the charger only if you also have a battery question.
Questions
How much is an electric scooter tire replacement?
From $129 with a standard tire fitted, and from $249 on heavy 10–11 inch hub-motor wheels like Dualtron and Kaabo, where the motor wheel has to come off. A flat with an inner tube is $79.
Why does a tire change cost more on a Dualtron or a Kaabo?
The tire sits on the motor wheel. To change it, the wheel comes off the scooter, the phase and Hall wires come out of the axle, and everything goes back and gets tested. On a light scooter it is a much shorter job.
Tubed or tubeless — which is better?
Tubeless tires seal small punctures and run cooler; tubed tires are easier to fix on the road. We fit what your rims are made for and tell you if a change is possible.
Can you fit solid tires?
On scooters that take them, yes. They never go flat, but they ride harder and grip less in the wet. We talk it through before ordering.
Is a pickup for a flat worth it?
The $145 pickup and diagnostic is credited toward the repair, so you pay for the job, not for the trip. If you say no to the quote, the $145 covers the pickup, the diagnostic and bringing the scooter back, and that is all you pay.
