Prices are "from", with labor and ordinary parts. We pick the scooter up and bring it back for $145, credited toward the repair. The final price comes after the diagnostic, and nothing is done until you approve it. All prices and the warranty →

What the price includes
- Pickup and return in Southern California, the bench diagnostic and a written quote before any work.
- A test ride after the repair, with brakes, lights and both motors (if dual) checked.
- 90-day warranty on the repair.
Before we pick it up
- Ride it down to about half charge. Do not charge it to full the night before.
- Fold it if the stem still locks safely, and send the charger.
- Tell us the exact model when you book — weight and size decide which vehicle we bring.
Questions
Which brands do you repair?
Segway GT and P-series, Inmotion, EMOVE, NAMI, Teverun, VSETT, Varla, Zero, Mercane and similar premium scooters. If yours is not listed, send the model — if it is a premium scooter, we most likely work on it.
Why don't you take entry-level scooters?
Because the pickup, diagnostic and return cost more than most repairs are worth on a scooter that sold for a few hundred dollars. We would rather say so up front.
What if it is not worth repairing?
If you say no to the quote, the $145 covers the pickup, the diagnostic and bringing the scooter back, and that is all you pay.
